Stated here one night. Overall good experience. Really only had one interaction with the front desk at check in. The man was very nice and got me checked in quickly. The room was cozy and clean. There’s really nowhere to park prior to check-in. You need your actual room key to access the garage parking. So I just parked in the drop-off area and ran up and checked in quickly.

We had a 30th birthday party there, with many guests from out of state. The function room and staff were wonderful. They were very helpful, professional and pleasant. The hotel rooms were clean, spacious and very beautiful. Highly recommend this hotel for your next function or just a visit to the area.

The only thing I didn't like is the bed and pillows. Made my sleep very uncomfortable. Otherwise, great hotel with breakfast. The room is spacious and clean. No smell. Fast ckeck-in/check-out. Has paid covered parking.

As a wedding planner, I’ve coordinated many hotel blocks over the years, and working with Maya was truly a pleasure from start to finish. I reserved a block of rooms for my clients’ wedding weekend, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. Our couples’ families and friends had a seamless stay, and the proximity to the venue made logistics so easy. I’m always grateful when a hotel not only delivers on service but also reflects well on my clients’ overall wedding experience.

Was there for college visits so the location was what we hand picked. The aresenal park one block away was a blessing for my dog. Despite the review, the parking was very close and effortless. We booked a balcony suite which was spacious and functional enough, but here’s the thing. A part of ceramic toilet water tank was broken off. The shampoo bottle mounted to on the shower wall came off, exposing big chipped shower wall. It didn’t impact anything to malfunction but just wasn’t pleasant and had me wonder about the overall maintenance of the place.

We hosted a large group here for a 5-day event and had an excellent experience. Maya, the Sales Manager, was absolutely incredible—organized, responsive, and so accommodating from the very beginning. We were hit with a major storm and had to make countless last-minute changes. The hotel staff handled everything seamlessly, moving us to a bigger conference space, providing extra power cords, and letting us use the room overnight and at odd hours. They even allowed us to bring in breakfast at midnight for our team! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was critical for our work. Every detail was handled with care, and the staff truly went above and beyond to support us. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it for large groups or events!

The location is perfect. Surrounded by bunch of nice food places + a wine store lol. The rooms are clean and nice. Especially the bathrooms are super clean. Breakfast was also very good. Given I had the budget constraints, I got this place very cheap which was nice. So all in all very good place.

I've brought my group to the Hampton Inn Watertown for two consecutive years. Maya is wonderful to work with and very responsive to our groups' needs. The front desk staff were kind and patient throughout the weekend. The hotel is extremely clean; the breakfast offered multiple hot and cold options, and the location is great. I highly recommend - especially for groups.
